Regarding the delivery time, products which are not executed by hand in wood are in stock and have a delivery time ranging from 1-2 weeks, following the delivery location. The wood products due to its specificity (carved and painted by hand) take longer than other products.
Thus, statues of wood takes between 10-11 weeks to be produced in this period of time the addition of transport varies with the location information entrega.Enviamos pictures and regular both during and after manufacture of the pillar of wood, so , to have them validated and we are sure that you are satisfied with the final product.
 
Transport policy / Shipping
Shipping costs are determined based on the total weight, volume and delivery location in all cases, we find for the carriage competitive. All products are safe and packaged in the best way possible to ensure a safe arrival and without any damage.
A tracking number is provided to all submitted articles and photos of the products ordered to be packed and protected under appropriate conditions.

Customs duties / taxes
Customs duties, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. In many cases, religious items are exempt, especially when the destination is a church or religious organization. However, if there are any additional charges at customs, import duties or taxes, these will be the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.

Return Policy
We guarantee every item corresponds exactly to what is shown and described on our website. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping, taxes). Reimbursement is made only for items returned within 8 days after receipt. For this, the items must be in original packaging and in perfect condition.
There are no refunds during the processing of your order, because every product is made specifically for each client request.

Damaged Goods Policy
Every care is taken in packing and shipping of all items, not to damage during transport.

However, if they arrive at your address, with any damage, we can replace the item or accept return of the item refund (excluding shipping, taxes).
