Regarding the delivery time, products which are not executed by hand in wood are in stock and have a delivery time ranging from 1-2 weeks, following the delivery location. The wood products due to its specificity (carved and painted by hand) take longer than other products.

Damaged Goods Policy
Every care is taken in packing and shipping of all items, not to damage during transport.
However, if they arrive at your address, with any damage, we can replace the item or accept return of the item refund (excluding shipping, taxes).
